ESC seeks to increase the effectiveness of your organization by providing affordable consulting solutions using experienced executives and professionals who volunteer their time and expertise.

Fee Policies:

• Fees are charged to defray some of ESC's operating costs as well as to ensure the client's commitment to the consulting or coaching engagement.
• Contracts are all fixed-fee, based on an estimate of the number of hours the volunteers will spend with your organization.
• Program fees vary, but, as a rule, are based on the agency's budget.  In general, our fees range from $500 to $3,000 per assignment.
• ESC may be able to provide partial scholarships/grants for consulting services when needed.
