ESC consultants are skilled at facilitation. We can help you and your board or staff members steal away for a day of intensive discussions designed to sharpen your focus. A facilitator will enhance participation, create a climate for innovation and expand ownership for goals and outcomes.
Retreats can be used to:
- Review the organization’s mission and vision for the future
- Re-order priorities or focus on specific issues
- Integrate new members and team building
- Clarify roles, responsibilities and relationships at the board or staff level
To make the best use of precious time together, participants may be asked to complete a confidential survey in advance.
